• Truth is the first thing to be sought for beauty, goodness will then be added into you.

• Where there is a Truth, there is also knowledge which is true.
• People come up with a lot of reasons to lie, but there are even stronger reasons to tell the truth always. Lying destroys relationships. Truth builds them.
• If you speak always truth your stress levels will be drops, you can sleep better and look better.
