Creativity

• The quality of thinking new ideas and putting them into reality is "creativity".
• Creativity is the quality that you bring to the activity you are doing. It is an attitude, an inner approach – how you look at things.

                           

• "Creative" refers to products that are  new and original, not like anything seen before.
• The airplane was a Creative invention and Picasso was also a Creative but to the activity of generating such products is Creativity, as in "Creativity requires Hard Work".

Innovation

• The act of executing the creative ideas into practice is Innovation.
• Better and smarter way of doing anything is Innovation.

• Innovation is a change which can bring a new edge to the performance and productivity of the company.

Use of Be Creative and Be Innovative 

• We can Make something positive out of a loss, bad experience or depression.
• We get a greater sense of well-being and personal growth.
